About us …
We are a regional practice – the Principal, Andy Stucken –
having been admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW as a Solicitor in 1979.
Having spent the early years of his professional career based in the city, he did a stint with a medium-sized law firm in the Central West in more recent years. This in time became the foundation not only of the firm’s regional legal practice but also its appreciation of communities & townships of a more modest size.
So when it came to Andy’s family relocating regionally a few years back, the present practice was founded – with a vision to reach not only local clients but also those in townships for which legal services were limited or absent altogether.
Andy is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales; and a former (foundation) member of its Human Rights Committee.
Married and with two adult children, he values family & community – and speaks of his local membership of Colour City Church, Glenroi as an inspiration.
